French Poche'

Made a series of these small rusty silk pouches like I saw being worn in Paris recently.

Seems the small size is easy to run for the Metro without getting tangled in bigger totes.
I did not see too many Parisians shopping, plenty out walking and in cafes with a little bag over the shoulder and on the hips.

Love the bags, was rust a big color in Paris? I know back in the 80's rust navy and burgandy were big decorating colors, it is probably about time for them to return. As usual great work. TTFN

The bags are beautiful, love the top on the best. Did you dye the lace yourself?

Hello Sharon,
I did dye the lace and the silk. Bit of a job, have to keep overdyeing but it finally pleases me.
