Lavender cuff

Made this for a challenge to re-cycle anything we would usually throw out.

I had little scraps so dyed them all in Lavender and made this creation.

This is gorgeous! I love the idea of making things out of scraps. How did you dye them all?

How did I dye the fragments, is a question. Hope this helps.
Took all kinds of bits and pieces, ribbon snips, lace scraps, motif bits and fibers.
Then popped them all into a dyebath of dilute Rit dye.
Purple.
The whole is covered with lavender tulle and the beaded edge is made from violet E beads.
It is backed with creamy linen.
I printed 'bonjour' onto cloth and laid it under the tulle.
