Local market

I did my usual trip to the local Farmers market in the park across the street.
This is a sampling of the wonderful fresh tastes to be found here.
The bananas are really 3 different kinds. The large banana in front is a cooking banana or plantain.
The two small bananas in the middle are apple bananas, sweet and dry tasting.
Behind are three ice-cream bananas, the bluish are not yet ripe. They are fruity and smooth to eat. Yum I love them.
Recipes for me are simple, I like the apple bananas on toast in the morning.
The plantain will be cooked and served with curry.
Ice-cream kind, how about bananas foster? With local macadamia ices?
