Had a lot of plums so made a plum confit to go with some French plum Clafouti.
Saute cutup plums in little butter and sugar. Save some, rest go in flan dish. Pour over thin batter made with 2 eggs, 3/4 cup milk, 1/3 cup flour and sugar, vanilla, almond ess. Bake 350 about half hour. Puffs up then falls as it cools. aloha
