Make a scrapbook embellishment

All you need is a piece of card about 4x6"
Scrapbook paper to cover it and some trims.
Find a frame in a magazine and cut out, glue a picture to the center.
Give it a couple coats of glaze.
Adhere narrow lace to the back of the oval.
Find a ring of some sort and loop some ribbon over it.
Glue tails onto card. Glue picture assembly to card.
Add some old flowers at the top and a found metal piece to the bottom.
Ready to use how you like.
Nice to put on a bulletin board
Add to an altered book, make a tree ornament, just a few ideas.
