This is the result of the Tutorial below.
I will give the book away this month so leave a hopeful message if you would like it.
It is very nice, I think anyway, with blank pages with lace edges and a French stamp image. Maybe a surprise in there too.

The finished book looks fabulous - I like the bobbles down the spine and the little Paris label is a great touch.
Of course I'd love to be in your draw, but I'm in the UK so understand if you don't want to ship overseas - just had to stop by anyway to admire the loveliness!

Very, very beautiful ... I adore that Paris book!
Beautiful smiling for days!
Oh Lilla, I would like it! Well, I would love it!!! It's gorgeous!
This Paris book is stunning. I gasped when I saw it....I had no idea so many people loved creamy white laces....you've captured that in this beautiful creation of yours.
The little balls on the side of the book are crochet, so tiny, from the 1800s, Victorian era.
Find them on old white garments and as a dainty trim.
Hard to acquire so are special.
Lilla
Such a beautiful book. So delicate and elegant. I just love it. Thank you for the opportunity to go in your draw for this.

Lovely lace dancing a la Paris! I would love to win anything made by you Lila. I love the vintage feminine tones and love.
I forgot to mention Lilla - if I were to be pulled out of the hat and win your fabulous book - and those 1880's bobbles - I would gladly re-imburse you for the postage to the UK.
Good Luck everyone
OH yes Lilla, that would be such a nice piece to add to my ever growing collection of lace things.
Don't have a creation like this.
Would LOVE to have it.
