Finished a very vintage art dress. Old net, tulle, lace and hand dyed muslin.
It has some hand embroidery and other bits.
Made a heart hanger from steel wire to compliment the theme.
and a doll I made to remember Marie Antoinette.
I painted the bisque torso and created the skirt that can be a pin cushion too. She is in the pink!

Have just discovered your blog, and spent the whole weekend going right back to the beginning. You make me feel so liberated, and I am giving my Muse a big kick in the pants! I too live on an island - Norfolk Island - and agree it makes you more resourceful and creative. My daughter lives near your home ground, in Matamata NZ!
