Our beautiful city , destroyed

http://www.nzherald.co.nz/

Kia kaha
Kia toa
Kia manawanui...... to all the people of New Zealand.
I have had 2 sleepless nights listening to radio NZ.
If you like there is a link to the newspaper to see more news.
Thanks so much to all my friends around the world.
You have been so kind and I know are hoping along with me, that the city can be rebuilt, better than before.
Te aroha, no moananui a kiwa.

I am wishing you a peaceful night of rest, Lilla. I know how hard it is to be far away and I also know how much you love your homeland.

I wish I had comforting words and could ease your worrying.

Prayers are all I know, so I'm asking for the angels to help those in need right now. New Zealand needs angels more than ever.

Oh Lilla it's been horrific.

I haven't really watched it on TV very much as my family are here from France and it's too graphic and disturbing for the little girls to see on television.

It's unbelievable - quite surreal.
I hoped after the earthquake in September and then Pike River disaster that 2011 would be a good year.

God defend New Zealand.

Jeff and I are still in shock here in Australia. My husband is a kiwi
and we have been to the once so beautiful city of Christchurch. We feel terribly for the homeless, shocked, heartbroken, grief stricken, damaged souls as a result of this earthquake not to mention every single person trying to restore some order and sanity again. Yes it will take a very long time.
Bless your sad heart!
Love. Suzy
