French dessert

Before I eat it all.
My version of this delight I found in some parts of France.
Simply Blancmange made with low-fat milk.
Fresh raspberries with sprinkle of brown sugar.
In a bowl with a dash of Fleur de sel I picked up in Revel, France.
I needed the bit of salt, prevents me getting muscle cramps when I swim.
Oh Yum!

Another salt thing I just adore is Salted Caramels - mine were called "Caramels au Beurre Sale" a la Fleur de Sel.
From Guérande as well.
But alas, the box is now empty of caramels and being used to store my best buttons!!!

Okay, now why didn't I think to buy food items like this in France? Because I didn't have an inch of space left in my carry-on?
