One of my cloth books

La Tarantella, the gypsy dance of southern Italy and Sicily.
I have seen live performances there. Wonderful!

My doll sitting on a box in my studio.

Couple pages from a book I made a while ago.
Have a bit of the fire in me, the dance and the gypsy music, love them.

Oh Lilla Those pages distinctly bring out the gypsy in my soul too. I just love them and just adore creating similar ones also. Your doll is very grand also. I'm not familiar with the
music though!

I have seen La Tarentella performed in Sorento, Italy. I love the gypsy pages you have created to honor that dance. I especially love the one on the right-she is so colorful and full of the life I remember in the dance. I am so homesick for Italy.

I'm sure you have a lot of fire left in you! I sure do.

Your cloth books are so wonderful. You've inspired me to get busy this weekend.
