ruffled tote, French style.



Sewing some French ruffled totes.
Love ruffles, anyway I can make them.
I think it is the movement and contrast of light and dark perhaps.
I like them hemmed or frayed, layered or in singles.
They can be a challenge.
I am always working on more ways to create them and not stitch over them.
