In the French tradition I made some blooms to apply to my art.
Yes you guessed, I made the clay flowers and painted them with a friend visiting from NZ. Some I waxed.

Hard to tell - but did you make both of them Lilla? The saucer ones definitely look like they're made by hand. The exquisite big blowsey bloom on its own - hard to say but it seems just too large and luscious to me - even for Hawaii!!!! It looks like silk and the saucer ones look like a composite material??

Brilliant - so they look so realistic.
Bank Holiday weekend here and had my little grandson and son, and daughter in law staying so the computer was off limits!
