Crazy quilted gem

Found a battered old purse frame so made a CQ pouch with it.
Quick to make since only 7" high.
I had a little basket of items that could work so I challenged myself to use just them and nothing from other places.
Back is pieced with crushed velvet picked up in Australia.

You can catch my videos on upper left of page.

This is so Lilla. It has your signature touches and blindfolded I would be able to pick your work out.

She is a beauty!

How nice to leave such encouraging comments.
I am often told that my Signature look is recognizable, don't know why but thanks Rhonda.

Lilla, I am a brand new follower since yesterday and I am so totally in love with your work. I am pleased to see you posted a link to your You Tube videos! I watched a few and subscribed. When I have more time I will certainly watch each 1st to last. It will be wonderful to watch an artist work without fear of discovery. A mermaid must alway be careful around humans.

Miss Lilla this is divinely rich and elegant and to think you used what you had at hand. You are amazing my dear.

Beautiful! I love the rich colours and to think that you set yourself the challenge of only using what was in the little basket...... what a fabulous result.

Just beautiful Lilla,
I agree with Rhonda it is soo YOU.
You're the queen of CQ, with your beautiful mix of fabrics, beading and embroidery.
Exquisite!
I see from your shop you must be on your way any days soon.
Have fun
Shane
